On the high plateaus of eastern Turkey, the Munzur River traces a furrow through the mountain range and leads us into a mysterious valley called Dersim. The four seasons give the rhythm of farming activities, from summer to winter and it reveals to us a particular flora and fauna.

Located at the gates of Kurdistan, the region is home to a predominantly Kurdish and Alevis population and its particularity is part of a cultural mix that gives it a certain autonomy over the centuries. Shelters for meditation of the Alawites, people celebrate music, dance and nature.
